A private, spacious condo not affiliated w/ the Hotel/Hotel Operator in the same bldg. Built in 1924, the Ivey bldg was one of Charlotte’s first major dept stores. It was converted to luxury condos in 1995 & now sits nestled amongst the shops, businesses & dining in heart of Uptown. Located near major destinations - the BofA & Wells Fargo Towers, Light Rail, Blumenthal Performing Arts, & Panthers’ Stadium, the bldg location is unmatched for those looking to walk to work, shopping, dining, etc.

Charming South End Condo

Historic condo that is within either walking, or a short Uber, away from everything Charlotte has to offer! Perfect for business or pleasure (about a mile away from Uptown and Panther's Stadium - great for games!). Easy access to uptown through light rail, for work or fun, but within blocks of some of Charlotte's best dining and breweries! Reserved parking spot in private lot (inquire for additional). Awesome outdoor space that gives you a neighborhood feel while in the city. Must walk stairs.

The condo is located in the center of the arts and entertainment district (yet still a quaint and cozy small town feel! A true gem!) known as Old Town Cornelius (OTC) - Plenty of space for up to 6 guests or perfect for an intimate couple's weekend. 2nd and 3rd floor balcony overlooks the Town Center and Cain Center for the Arts! Close to everything you need! Arcade game with all retro and classic games loaded! Cozy beds, fully stocked kitchen and dining room, spacious living room - come stay!

Cute Uptown apartment with free parking

Apartment is a condo with underground secured parking And entry doors and elevators are secure Leave your car and walk out to wonderful coffee shops, bars, restaurants in walking distance In front of the building is a ballet school and McCall art center located in the old church Fourth ward in Charlotte is full of Victorian houses pleasant to walk There is rooftop patio with bbq and amazing views Pool is currently open throughout summer I have fully stocked kitchen if you desire to cook
