The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Iconic Airstream by the Lake

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. The Mill House enforces a STRICT NO SMOKING/VAPING POLICY ANYWHERE/EVERYWHERE !! This VERY PETITE GUEST HOUSE is fully detached from the main house. Come stay in the stunning Silver Valley. This studio apartment is located at The Ridge, a condo across the street from the gondola. It is quiet and has a full kitchen, but it's close to all the action. Play in the snow, splash at the waterpark, enjoy a float down the river, mtn. biking or a cozy night in. There is a hot tub, sauna and steam room on site. Store your snow gear in the room. Wifi and Roku TV. Sleeps 4. One queen bed, a large couch and a twin blow-up mattress.

Private Entrance Suite W/Kitchenette & Patio

Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!
