Farmstead Hunts

Book your next remote farm or hunt adventure with us at our lil house on the prairie. We are located 25 miles west of Mobridge, South Dakota. Depending on the season; our land flourishes with Pheasants, Deer, Wild Turkeys, Elk, Coyotes and Prairie Dogs. This house is located on our farm in adjacent with our family house surrounded by crop and pasture land. Our road is a 5 mile gravel road that comes to a dead end to our property. Welcome both workers or hunters looking for a place to stay.

Hunter’s Paradise 301

Welcome to Your Hunting Paradise! This spacious 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home accommodates up to 9 guests with 1 full and 7 single beds. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy family room, and two refrigerators with a chest freezer. The unfinished basement features a sink for cleaning fish. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and near Lake Hoskins and more, this is a perfect spot for hunting and fishing. With your own kitchen, bathroom, & living room....you will feel right at home. Ashley has a public swimming pool, grocery store, and a few fishing holes nearby. Whether you are a traveling nurse, construction worker, avid hunter, angler or just here for a visit....we welcome you to stay a while.

The Sunken Bobber

Located within walking distance of Main Street and less than 3 miles from the North Dakota border, it is a practical and inviting home base for enjoying both South Dakota and North Dakota

The Ashley Home

This cozy home has an open floor plan and very homey feel. It's great for large groups such as hunting, fishing and work crews. If you're planning on spending more than a few days in the area, this is the place. You are located within walking distance of most anything you'll need in town and a few minutes drive from great hunting and fishing spots. Four bedrooms easily sleep eight, plus an additional set of bunk beds in the laundry area allowing for two extra friends.

We are one block off of main street Ashley and walking distance of store/bar/cafe.

Howard's Place

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Come enjoy all that Mobridge and Lake Oahe have to offer when you stay in this spacious trailer house just outside Mobridge. Conveniently located just 1 mile from the boat ramp with a private drive offering plently of space to park your pick-up and boat.

Akaska River Roost

Located in Akaska, SD. A river cabin for all ages. This is a great place for a group to get away and enjoy the river, pheasant hunting, deer hunting, or to spend the weekend away with your family and friends. A great location with plenty of space for the whole group!

A beautifully renovated home just a short walk from downtown Mobridge, making it an ideal retreat for a group of friends or family looking to explore the town. With three queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s space for everyone to unpack and spread out.

The Ashley Lodge

Built in 1921, this historical building has been renovated into several unique spaces. A wonderful place for larger groups as well as private place for one or two. The suites offer kitchenettes with stove, micro, fridge, sinks and private bath.
