It was so nice to be so close to my family members who also live within blocks of your place. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and my granddaughter enjoyed the tree house. I should have read Richard's instructions better as I didn't realize that there were garbage cans on the side of the house. I also had a few problems with figuring out the TV and the Nest. I'm hoping I did that correctly as we were in a rush to get to the airport. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The home was very clean, very well organized with plenty of towels and extra blanket blankets. The location on the canal was perfect with a small floating dock and a great view of the water. Everyone in the family enjoyed the kayaks and spent a good deal of time playing in the water and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounded us. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening on the dock.

Large family with kids and we had plenty of room. Home and area was so beautiful. Lots to do on the river. One of the best homes to rent on the river. Could be our annual spring break weekend!

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

The location of this home is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our large family. The home was clean, the bedding was clean. I’d agree with a former reviewer that there a few things here and there that could use some repair…broken blind, broken outlet, door by laundry…I mean these are really minute things. The location and hospitality far outweigh little repairs. The access to kayaks was such an awesome perk! The porches and the dock were so awesome! This home has character and we didn’t want to leave. Our last day there we saw manatees and hospital hole was a short row away. Thank you for opening your home to us.

This house was immaculately clean. I don’t like my baby crawling on hotel floors, but this house was cleaner than a hotel. It exceeded all of my expectations and was even better in person. They even had baby items such as a high chair. My son (10) and nephew (17) loved having their own side of the house. The little goodies left out, such as toothbrushes and q-tips was a nice touch. There was amble detergent for use and an awesome espresso machine. The big comfy bed in the huge master bedroom with a private bathroom was amazing. Do not sleep on this place! It is my new go to for the Spring Hill area and I plan to return to this same spot if I’m lucky enough to get the chance to rebook it!

We had a wonderful time at this perfectly located home. There were 10 of us total. There was enough space to all be together or places to have alone time. The house was gorgeous, well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. There were a few (very minor) issues I brought to Danon's attention mid week (more of heads of for his to do list for his next guests and no bother to us at all). After making sure it wouldn't inconvenience us, he got them taken care of. I highly recommend staying here. Manatees, the wild life, the people watching on the weekends, back to total serenity during the week... It really is fantastic. We kayaked all over and didn't see a better home we would want to stay in. You won't be disappointed.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und künstlerisch eingerichtet. Man kann auch draussen sitzen auch der Lounge. Wir konnten auch unsere Wäsche waschen. Leider war die Schlafcouch nicht bequem, man spürte die Streben. Man hat nicht gut darauf gelegen. Für mein empfingen war auch das Doppelbett zu hart. Die Menschen sind ja verschieden. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit Theodore sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Gerne zu empfehlen.
