Number 2 bedroom on the first floor may be used for small children or teens and is just steps away from the primary. The 3rd bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed. It's a beautiful ranch house with attached garage. It has 3 bedrooms, a living and family room with a open kitchen / dining room area. It has a open yard that has a patio, which includes a patio set and grill to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or eat your dinner at. The house is surrounded by the Country club golf course and is in a quiet neighborhood. Buhl Park is walking distance and it has a community pool. Acorn Ranch on Avalon Golf Course

The home is situated on 13 acres of land bordering both sides of the Neshannock Creek. With towering old growth forest on all sides, you truly connect with nature. The property boasts exclusive access to the Neshannock Creek, including a creek side deck. A cascading waterfall borders us to the north. The log home is constructed with rough hewn timbers, granite countertop, and hardwood floors throughout. A towering buck stove stone hearth is the centerpiece of the great room.

Muscerella's is a few blocks away and I hear they have build your own pasta again on Thursdays (IYKYN)! - A playground a block away, about a mile from Buhl Park, quiet neighborhood

Amish Paradise

Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉

G&G BnB

This home sleeps 10 comfortably. 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 Twin, 1 full futon in a shared mud room/foyer, and two pull out bed couches. A pack and play is available and on site, as well as a playpen. Single floor cozy home. The house is one single level for easy mobility. There is also a ramp into the home for wheelchair access. (Note: wheel chairs over 30” do NOT fit into the bedrooms. Walker and crutch access only).
