ANA’S RETREAT is a hidden gem located in the center of Prescott. It is near the Courthouse plaza with shopping, good food, musical events & art shows on the square and famous whiskey row. Close by are the beautiful Granite Dells, Granite Mountain & Thumb Butte with their hiking trails, museums, Watson and Willow lakes and the colleges (Prescott, Yavapai & Embry Riddle). There are many things to explore in Prescott and Ana’s retreat is a perfect spot to relax & unwind at the end of a busy day!

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Little Javelina Falls /HOT TUB/ Walk to downtown

Enjoy a unique home walking distance to the center of town. This beautiful and private house features a hot tub, front and back lounging areas with BBQ and a waterfall/pond in the front yard The bathroom includes a Japanese smart toilet and awesome double shower towers. The Sunrise Suite is located 3 mi from downtown Prescott & the famous Whiskey Row. Close to shopping, dining, hiking trails and lakes. Enjoy the peace & quiet from a private deck while enjoying beautiful sunrises from our unique Airbnb. This private suite, sleeps 2 comfortably, includes, BBQ, kitchenette, dining table/work space & relaxing area to read a book. Add'l indoor space to lock your bikes or kayaks. Mingus Mountain-view Studio

Made from the ground up is a brand new tiny house with unique accent, pine ceilings and all new appliances. The cozy, memorable house features a full size bed on the first floor. FULLY FURNISHED. The bathroom is ornately made with floral waterfall tile work and a sink found at one of Prescott's downtown. This tiny house is specially made with LOVE by an artist! The sliding glass door over looks Mingus Mountain. The location is central to town of Prescott Valley, Sedona (1 hr), Phoenix (1.5)

Prescott’s Sweet Suite

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for 1 vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request

You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.
