Unwind and enjoy the night sky! Everything you need and nothing you don't! Bring a friend & take a break, chill on the deck, by the fire or take a walk in the countryside along the Clutha Gold Trail. It is an open plan cottage with very comfortable living space and a large lawn to enjoy the Otago sunshine and admire the views. The cottage is located opposite the local golf course and 2km/7minutes from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail and Roxburgh Gorge Trail. The cottage is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring Otago valley.

Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

Stableburn Cottage: Unique off-grid family bach

Take an eco-friendly break. Small family bach with all the basics for a comfortable, minimalist stay, best suited to 2 adults and up to 4 children or 4 adults. Immerse yourself in rural sights and sounds. Wander down to the river for a paddle, picnic, try your luck fishing or panning for gold. Relax on the deck with a book borrowed from our bookcase & enjoy an evening drink while the light changes over the Old Man Range to the north. Gently fall asleep listening to the mighty Clutha River.

Conveniently located on SH1, next to the cycle trail and just a few kilometres from Lake Waihola or a 35 minute drive from Dunedin ... this is the perfect place to relax after a long day. With a full kitchen, you can be self-sufficient or choose from several other dining options. TV, books, games, and even friendly sheep for your entertainment! Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. Check in from 3pm and check out by noon.

Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

Hillside Retreat & Woodstoked Hot Tub

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Pamela’s Studio Apartment

Fully renovated and self contained studio. Enjoy a private entrance, into a comfortable, apartment that is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is suitable for one person on their own. Also has its own full laundry and access to outdoor area. Free Wifi and 50 inch Smart TV. Close to Bannerman Park - take a stroll on a warm summers evening, Also five minute walk to Cafes shops and restaurants. We supply Continental Breakfast if required. Please let us know when booking.
