Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

Studio6 is our stylish open plan self contained apartment - perfect for couples or singles - in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Take a short walk to Hepburn’s restaurants and cafes, or have a drink at Hotel Bellinzona and walk home! Stroll down the end of the street and you’re in the historic Hepburn bathhouse and mineral springs reserve. A three minute drive and you’re in Daylesford. PLEASE NOTE - We do things a little differently - Super early check-in at 12.00 midday, and 9.00am Check-out.

Wariin Cottage means wombat in Dja Dja Wurrung language. The owners of the cottage have an affinity with wombats and a respect for the traditional custodians of the land, so in naming the property they chose to acknowledge both. Wariin is an old miners cottage, circa 1900's, tastefully renovated to make your stay both relaxing and comfortable. It is perfect as a couples retreat or a small family holiday, it is private and pet friendly (small dogs only, larger dogs at owners approval)
