Welcoming guests for twenty years, this is one of the most sort after locations on Lake Daylesford, right on the water's edge, a stylish and intimate retreat welcoming up to six guests. Expect the ambience of an open fire, two person spa bath, open plan living and a sunny reading room. Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

Studio6 is our stylish open plan self contained apartment - perfect for couples or singles - in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Take a short walk to Hepburn’s restaurants and cafes, or have a drink at Hotel Bellinzona and walk home! Stroll down the end of the street and you’re in the historic Hepburn bathhouse and mineral springs reserve. A three minute drive and you’re in Daylesford. PLEASE NOTE - We do things a little differently - Super early check-in at 12.00 midday, and 9.00am Check-out.

Wariin Cottage means wombat in Dja Dja Wurrung language. The owners of the cottage have an affinity with wombats and a respect for the traditional custodians of the land, so in naming the property they chose to acknowledge both. Wariin is an old miners cottage, circa 1900's, tastefully renovated to make your stay both relaxing and comfortable. It is perfect as a couples retreat or a small family holiday, it is private and pet friendly (small dogs only, larger dogs at owners approval)

Please note petd are welcome but there is a $50 cleaning fee. *Use of the fire is governed by fire restrictions/bans*

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
