Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

The Spa Cottage offers a small cozy affordable couples retreat nestled in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Not suitable for suitcases. Featuring a deep spa bath (side jet function only) for two, kitchenette and small courtyard. An easy stroll to the iconic cafes, restaurants, boutiques, the famous Palais Theatre and indulgent Hepburn Bathhouse, or just a short 2-3 minute drive to Daylesford. Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
