The north-facing aspect features a large outdoor deck, a small solar heated plunge pool with views down the valley to Mt Franklin. Behind the modest façade lies a surprisingly spacious layout, with generous light-filled living and dining. Consisting of three bedrooms, one with an en suite and a separate modern bathroom. A new kitchen with a large meals table will make your stay indulgent and relaxing. The backyard truly impresses with designed gardens that show off the expansive views. Directly across from the Botanic Gardens, the home is a short walk to the town centre. This is a smoke, pet and event free property.

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

Harvest Cottage is a peaceful, stylish one bedroom weatherboard cottage set amongst beautiful garden, rolling hills, pasture and native bushland of Central Victoria. It's filled with the exquisite botanical and landscape artworks of Catherine Freemantle, a wood fire and bespoke furnishings to make your stay unforgettable. We also offer a number of floral and art workshops on request. We are also a stone throw from the newly opened djuwangbaring trail network.

There is a full kitchen, spacious dinning, big comfy lounges, big smart TV and gas log fire. The spacious bedroom areas have luxurious king size beds, ensuite with tile heating, big showers and split systems and fans all through the house for total comfort.
