Our beautiful 2000sq ft 3 bed, 2 bath cabin sits on a secluded 3.3 acres on the Wilson River, 1hr from Portland. Explore forest trails, and 400ft of Wilson River frontage. Sit around the campfire and listen to Bear Creek WATERFALL 💦 meets the Wilson River. Our fully stocked kitchen is great for those who love cook, including an epic coffee set-up and Proud Mary Coffee bag as a gift! Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country the 1100 SqFt private unit provides a unique opportunity to experience the north west. We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

Cozy Woods Getaway with no Cleaning Fees/Chores!

Great little getaway spot far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The noise of the nearest highway is over a mile away. Experience the relaxing sounds of the surrounding forest while you enjoy all the comforts of home inside or, if you're of the fit and adventurous variety, make your way through the trees to the babbling brook you can fall asleep listening to at night. Everything you can possibly need is less than a half hour's drive away from this place of peace and quiet.

Located in historic Forest Grove and walking distance to restaurants, coffeeshops and Pacific University, this guesthouse has the unique offering of a mini pottery wheel! 5 min from McMenamins, 35 min from Portland, and just over an hour to the beach. Try your hand at mini pottery, do some wine tasting, get local snacks at our summer farmer's market, hike in the forest, and go out on Hagg Lake. Our quiet retreat is close to just about everything!

Studio in Wine Country

Our farmhouse is in a quiet rural setting. Public transportation is not available. Uber and Lyft service the area. Wineries, the city of Forest Grove and Pacific University are with in a few minutes drive. It is 50 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to Portland. The studio is located in the basement of our home and has a private entrance. The accommodations include a queen bed, a twin hide-a-bed, sitting area, studio kitchen and full bath.
