This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Generously sized one bedroom flat --- all private --- no shared space that will accommodate up to 4 Guests(1 queen bed in bedroom; 1 double pull-out sofa in living room area). The apartment is on the first floor of a historic 3 story property and is all on one level(no internal stairs). A washer+dryer is conveniently located within the bedroom inside ample closet space. Very convenient to dining and entertainment.

The most colorful & beautiful area of Downtown Richmond. Renovated 2-bedroom condo w/ amazing brick walls & lots of sunlight. Our 1st guest said, "The pictures don't do it justice." Another guest called it his new favorite, AIRBNB. Theaters, restaurants, pubs & cafes. Comfy king-size master bed & a memory foam queen sofa bed. Hand-painted furniture. Large modern kitchen. Balcony. New Weber Grill in the backyard. Plus, a cozy nook for reading or napping in the sunlight. Everyone loves our place.

Live it up in the heart of Scott’s Addition! Where restaurants, breweries and live music are all within an easy walk. A spacious 3 bedroom modern condo. Featuring two living rooms with large couches to sleep extra guests. If you’re lucky, you might just catch the firework show from the Richmond City Squirrels stadium. This is a family friendly unit with a great outdoor courtyard. Free parking on-site and an assigned spot. It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown and a 20 minute drive to the airport.

This centrally located, newly converted warehouse condo features polished concrete floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, central air/heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer! Late check-in available, 6-10pm for $30 fee. Early check (if available) can be arranged for a $20 fee. Travelers insurance always recommended.
