Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

Charming Linden Hills cottage by Lake Harriet

Our lovely 1+ BR (2 level) cottage backs up to prime Minneapolis park (William Berry) and Lake Harriet. Fully-equipped kitchen plus breakfast nook, LR/DR, entry parlor w/piano. Walk-out lower-level family room, w/sleeping cubby has queen-sized mattress, full-size laundry, cable/Roku/internet, outdoor hot tub (glorious in winter!) And just 800 feet from the shore of gorgeous Lake Harriet. Also just a few blocks from Lake Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun) and connected to all Minneapolis Lakes.

Private home in the best neighborhood in Minneapolis! Walk to Lake Bde Maka Ska, restaurants, bars, movies, shopping, or spend a tranquil night at home watching a movie in front of the fireplace. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen has everything you'll need. At the lake you can swim, walk, bike or blade the beautifully maintained trails. This cozy lakefront house is close to everything, making it easy to get around anywhere in the Twin Cities! 5 minutes to shops and grocery stores, 12 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, 25 minutes to the Mall of America and St Paul/Mpls Airport. We have a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table, games for all ages & more! Hot Tub access hours: 8AM- 10:30PM * Quiet hours are 10PM to 7:30AM. * Our lake house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, no partying, vistors, or events allowed
