The Dome at Wild River | A Riverfront Masterpiece

New ownership-must see upgrades & amenities! The Dome at Wild River is one of the most unique properties in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s like stepping into a fairy tale. Every inch of this home was handcrafted over a period of 50 years. Each piece of wood, acquired and cut from local trees, or reclaimed from old churches or barns by a local master craftsman, with breathtaking attention to detail. The property is nestled with a canal on the left and backs up directly to the scenic Waccamaw River!

Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

New Studio Apt. in Hemingway

Kick back and relax in this calm, country setting with beautiful vistas! This brand new one-bedroom apartment has two twin brass beds and a pull out queen sofa. It has a fire place and a full kitchen. You will enjoy seeing the open fields as you sit on the patio by the fire pit or enjoy the hot tub in the fall and winter season! If you like the beach we are 40 minutes from Pawleys and even closer to coastal Georgetown where there are fine waterfront restaurants, museums, and pastry shops.

Gated and Private Catholic Hermitage house

Saint Michael Hermitage and retreat is a serene, gated, private home that is for 1-3 guests looking for a quiet stay while traveling or as a retreat destination. You will self check into your Hermitage after you obtain a gate code. There is a prayer chapel close by on the property. It is pet friendly for a well trained pet. There is Catholic iconography throughout the home. It is warm and inviting. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer for your convenience and complementary coffee/tea.

Black River Refuge on the Water

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

Country farm cottage

Enjoy a beautiful and fun stay at the farm and get to know over 100 rescued farm animals! 60 acres and only about 5 miles from Backwoods quail club and river landing. Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.

Lo & Billy’s Place a Historic 1940s Newlywed Cabin

This romantic cabin located on our small farm just outside of town in the country offers a history all its own. Lo was Billy’s nickname for Lorene Ella. Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories. We pay homage to the rich history of Georgetown and the Southerners that have called Lo & Billy’s Place home. Heavy on coziness & design. Full kitchen; good coffee; & comfy queen bed w/high end linens. The perfect escape.

The best memories are made on the farm. Life is just better away from the hustle and bustle of city lights and busy schedules. Come stay in this recently renovated fourth generation 1950s farmhouse on an 80 acre working farm. Unwind on the porch, walk trails, find millions of years old sharks teeth, build a bonfire, pick blackberries, swim in the ponds, collect walnuts, or just relax while you’re here but don’t forget to wish on a dandelion or a shooting star before you leave.

The Hanna Farmhouse

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a rustic farmhouse on land owned by the Hanna family since the 1700s. This retreat spot has centuries-old live oak trees shading the back yard and walking trails around the contiguous farm. The community offers great local restaurants, a newly refurbished municipal golf course, unique shopping options, and friendly locals. Take a day trip to Myrtle Beach or Charleston or just sit under the oaks, build a fire and watch a gorgeous sunset.

Whether it’s kayaking, canoeing, or exploring along the creek; relaxing in the hammocks and swings; engaging in a board game; or roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, Amenities include a full kitchen with full bath, outdoor shower, booth seating in dining table for up to 8, 2 bunk beds and loft style sleeping.

The Club House

We welcome you to The Club House. It is our hope that you will come spend some time here to relax and unwind. The Club House sits on the historical Little Pee Dee River in Marion County South Carolina. You will step back in time where life was simple, and days were spent enjoying nature. It was built in the 1950's and has been through many storms but still stands strong and welcomes guest to its 1 acre river front.
