Has small outside space perfect for summer evenings and sunny breakfasts. Plenty of space for surfboards etc. Pet friendly.

Our recently refurbished, 2-bedroomed, pet friendly holiday cottage is a home from home and a great base from which to explore Cornwall. We're 5 minutes from 3 stunning sandy beaches and Falmouth town centre with a great range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage has super-fast Wi-Fi and smart TV and is located on a purpose built, quiet holiday village with dedicated parking, children's play area, tennis courts, gym, plunge pool, EV charging points and a bar serving food.

Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.

This unique space takes up the ground floor of my cosy cottage, nestled in the heart of Newquay. It's in a quiet area, has private parking and is only a minute's stroll to the beach, the harbour and a lot of great restaurants and bars. I spend 6 months a year here; my aim has been to create a space of warmth, comfort and character that helps turn the dials from 10 to 2. There's no TV, the Wi-Fi is excellent, bring a screen if needed. Well behaved pets are welcome.
