All this in a location that is less than 20 minutes drive from the famous beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

Kick back, relax and enjoy the unique location of the Oyster Shepherds Hut. Hidden away in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to the Helford River and creekside village of Gweek. This sustainably built traditional shepherds hut will awaken your senses as you gaze through the porthole window from your bed at the rising sun. Explore the rugid shores made famous by Game of Thrones and Poldark, or simply dine al fresco beneath the starry skies before cosying up in front of the log fire.

5 min walk to beach w/ parking + private sauna

This stunning one-bedroom annexe is ideally located between Falmouth's two best beaches: Gyllyngvase Beach, just a 5-minute walk and Swanpool Beach, a 10-minute stroll. The vibrant town centre is also a 10-minute walk. Inside, you'll find beautiful beamed ceilings adding character to this idyllic retreat. The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

It offers stunning sunset views and after dark is ideal for stargazing, due to zero light pollution. By day you can walk the coastal path, explore the moors , or visit either the Gurnard’s Head or Tinners Arms for lunch or dinner. The coastal towns of St Ives, Penzance and St Just are a 15 minute drive or you can choose the coastal bus.
