Nestled in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood, this delightful property offers a cozy and stylish sanctuary for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable and centrally located stay without breaking the budget. The area is ultra-convenient, being within Perth City's free CAT bus zone and within the e-scooter riding zone and a short walk to Optus Stadium, cafes and restaurants and the city centre. The cottage stands alone so you can escape and relax in your own little piece of paradise and can house up to four guests. Free off-street parking. My property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and a family (with children).
