With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Sie betreten das Haus durch den hinteren Eingang und gelangen ins Stiegenhaus, welches auch von uns genutzt wird. Sie gelangen ins Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Splendid apartment in historical building, 1909, last floor with two roof-decks, panoramic views and perfect natural light atmospheres, spacious rooms with high ceiling, cable TV, WI-FI, open living room with kitchen as well as chilling room for guests in Vienna. Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).
