This adorable little 450 sq ft cottage is perfect for 1-2 guests and is just a short walk to spectacular Heceta Beach. Walk to Jerry's, a friendly local pub with a pool table, juke box, full bar, and darn good food! We love the Driftwood Shores little Market & Deli for a beverage or quick bite. With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

To my dear Airbnb friends and guests. First a reminder that this is a small cottage and as such has enough but not bountiful space. What it lacks in space, is made up for in amazing views. If you are uncomfortable with a smaller space, please stay somewhere else. I am honest about the size of the place, and so I do not expect a lowered rating because of it. Airbnb has placed all fees onto the hosts, 15.5%, causing us to raise our rates. I apologize for any inconvenience.

The Seal Cove is a cozy ground level/bottom floor retreat with a hot tub & views of the Siuslaw River from your private backyard. There is an efficiency kitchenette & small bath. High tide you can watch the seals frolicking in the cove. At low tide you can see the seals sunbathing on the sand bar just past the cove (this is how Seal Cove derived its name).
