Olive Street Guesthouse

Private guest house with kitchen, bathroom, laundry, private patio, sleeping loft, wood floors, vaulted ceiling, lots of wood detailing, sky lights, key code entry. Central location steps from great restaurants such as Cornucopia, Bar Pierlu, Cocina 1960, Bier Stein, Brails, Claim 52 Kitchen, Newman's Fish Market. One block to bus line, bike share service, and a short walk to Downtown Eugene. Charnel Mulligan Park is a block away and just a couple more blocks to Washington park and College Hill.

Oakdale Cottage

We are located at the base of Spencers Butte with miles of beautiful hiking trails. Three decks, outside hammock and BBQ. Mexican tiles and hard wood floors. Our cottage is just outside of town, and more often then not you may encounter some dust. We thoroughly clean the cottage between every guest and wash every linen in the cottage. If you are a neat freak, this may not be the place for you. (I am adding this to our beautiful listing to address some 3 star reviews on cleaning, simply false).

Located behind our house and a block’s walk to over 13 miles of paved bike paths along the beautiful Willamette River, this charming, exquisitely remodeled country cottage, has a classy rustic vibe. Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO. Entire house, cottage and private fenced yard. 2 bedroom, large sleeping loft, and separate cottage. Quiet neighborhood. Covered deck and outside seating and barbecue. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bus, close to U of O. All amenities and washer /dryer. Stores and restaurants easy walking distance. Close to UofO. Parking in attached garage, driveway and on street. Over sized vehicles must park on street. Shared driveway so must be quiet after 10:00pm.

A delightful tiny cottage near downtown on a quiet dead end street. The structure is located directly behind my home. It is attached to my garage. A patio separates the two structures. The Cottage looks out to a Japanese garden, but it is close to my house. Lake Dr. Cottage with Lovely Garden and Parking

Our cottage was remodeled in 2016 and has beautiful views of the garden and sometimes you can see our tortoise grazing around. It is a short drive to restaurants and dining, public transport, family-friendly activities and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the coziness and the views of the garden. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers (we are 10 mins away from the airport!)
