Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Our 'sister guesthouses' consist of two small side-by-side cabins (you get both) located behind our home, nestled in a verdant hillside garden that our friends and family lovingly call ‘Little Tuscany’. Cabin 1 - living room with a well-stocked kitchenette, pull-out couch, table and chairs Cabin 2 - bedroom with a queen-size bed, full bathroom and a private deck Accessed by a private entrance, the cabins are luminous and efficient, designed to meet all your needs.

Carmelita Creek House

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods and nature overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Please note the cottage is located behind our main home and is accessed via several steps.

Cozy Studio near Oakland Airport and Coliseum

This is a small studio beneath our main house with a private entrance through the backyard. There is a large kitchen with room to cook and a full size bed. All my tall people beware - I am 6’1 and my hair in a bun touches the ceiling, so it’s definitely cozy! We’re a 10 minute drive from the Coliseum Bart Station for easy transportation to San Francisco and about a 15 minute drive from the Oakland Airport, as well as a 10 minute drive from the Oakland Zoo.

Caboose in the redwoods just outside of Cupertino

This rustic caboose is just 10 minutes from Cupertino and downtown Saratoga, perfect for both business travelers, outdoor adventurers, and everything in between. There are lots of nearby hiking and biking trails, as well as other exciting outdoor activities. Being so close to Silicon Valley, yet feeling so far from it all is a truly unique experience unlike anywhere else. Pets generally ok. Check with hosts. Pets must not be left alone.
