The Parsonage 1873 - No Fees!

Make your trip unforgettable! Step back into the Wild West, the early days of Hays City! One of the oldest homes still standing from the early days of Hays, built in 1873. This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

Welcome! We’re located within walking distance of FHSU and downtown Hays! Our unique property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room & 2 kitchen home. We’re perfect for a group of friends or family wanting to share a space to save on costs, but still have space of their own. Our upstairs has a kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, bathroom & 2 bedrooms (queen & 2 twin beds). The basement has its own kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, bathroom (standing shower) & 1 bedroom (queen bed).

Cozy Cabin

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Perfect for a place to stay for events, or an extended stay with your family. Extremely close to all that Hays has to offer including restaurants, parks, and other attractions all within a walkable distance. Fort Hays State University is just down the road! Hays Med and the airport are within 5 min drive.

The Trinity House

Beautiful home (3 bedroom, 3 bath) on a nice cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood. Just 1 mile off of I70 and walking distance of Aubel Bickel park. Fenced in backyard with play-set. Garage and driveway parking available. Free wifi and Roku TVs. Super comfortable beds! King in master bedroom, Guest bedroom has twin with trundle. Queen bed in downstairs bedroom. Two large sectional couches. Early check in or late check out for $20/hr (if we can accommodate). Sorry no pets.

A Single House-1B1B

AQ house is a old small independent house and renovated in 2023. It located in Hays center, walking distance to FHSU, water park, strip mall, restaurants... And it is simple ，only one master bedroom in total, one living room and one kitchen. And the basement is storage room (the door to the basement is locked). So no need to share except with the person you are traveling with. Parking : one free driveway parking in the front yard (18' Lx9'W ).

The Hideaway

This sweet hideaway is nestled in the historic heart of downtown Hays! This little hideaway is surrounded by rich history as it sits in the historic district of Hays. Built in 1918 as a hotel, Luke and Julisa Haines renovated it in 2015 wanting to preserve the history of this building as much as they could while adding to it its modern amenities. If these walls could speak oh the stories they would tell.

The Casita
