I really appreciated how responsive and accomodating Mike was during our stay. He made sure all our needs were met and rectified any issues we had. Instructions were clear and the place was beautiful with plenty of activities to do. My family and I made great memories during our short Easter getaway here.

Great location, right next to the water. House looked even better than photos, it was perfect for our large group of 10.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Lovely listing. Right in the middle of everything. Close to the beach and related activities. Super friendly, accommodating and responsive host. Couldn't have been better.

We had a great weekend staying here in April. It was a great location for a day spent touring wineries in the Hunter Valley. The home was spacious and well equipped and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

It was our second time at Ally’s Umina and cannot fault the place. Place is very clean and well equipped, relaxing in the spa. Robbie is a wonderful and responsive host, providing guides and suggestions during our stay. Sit outside and you’ll feel the serenity just listening to birds and the sound when wind blew past the trees. Ally’s Umina Oasis is highly recommended place to stay in Central Coast. What a gorgeous home to stay at .. All the comforts within were perfect.. The house was immaculate & the amazing fragrance when you walked into the home .. I have stayed at quite a few BNB’s over the time & found Claudia’s property to be one of the best .. Claudia was so accommodating & lovely to communicate with .. The area surrounding the property was very peaceful & to sit out in the back yard was very tranquil .. Robyn’s place is tidy, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bathroom is beautifully renovated and very clean, the beds are comfortable and the living/dining area is very inviting. We had a great long weekend. Would definitely return. It’s an easy walk to Shoal Bay’s waterfront, shops and eateries but far enough away to be peaceful. Robyn is amazingly responsive. She offered all sorts of info about things to do and when I needed her help to work out the hot plate, she came back to me within minutes- saving our lunch in the process! Everything there is easy- from the check-in through to the garbage bins and parking. Thanks Robyn for providing the base for an excellent weekend!!

Very functional, albeit small 2-bedroom apartment. The pool was great - we were the only ones that seemed to swim while we were there! The little balcony is a nice place to have a dinner or wine. It did hold the heat quite a bit - assume it would be quite warm in summer. The suburb is very hilly like the name suggests - so be mindful of that from a mobility perspective. Great area - lots of cafes around 10 mins walk away.

We were really impressed with the view from the loungeroom. The place was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's very centralized, you can see the sea pool from the balcony and Coles is 750m away. Jonathan was also very quick in responding anytime I had a question. He also only asks that you take the rubbish out and doesn't ask anything extra like other hosts.

Great apartment in the perfect location to explore The Entrance. Access to jacuzzi was great and we had everything we needed. Would be happy to stay again.

A spacious and comfortable self-contained flat, overlooking the forest and the ocean. We had an excellent time over four weeks. Communication with a most hospitable owner was perfect. We highly recommend, and hope to be back some day!

Wow!! What a gorgeous place and to walk a few steps to the end of the road and find yourself on an amazing beach !!! Walked the length of the beach and back in the rain and found it awe inspiring. Property is really comfortable and well equipped. Full kitchen with loads of treats which was much appreciated. The bed and bed linen is to die for and as away from lounge I could get to sleep while OH watched TV .. what a treat. Everything you could possibly need in a wonderful position - if you surf you must stay here !!!!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

We have been on a lengthy road trip and Bill’s place was our favourite out of every where we stayed. The views were amazing, everything we could need was catered for and we felt very comfortable and at home. Would have extended our stay if we weren’t on a schedule so will have to come back another time. Not sad about it-a wonderful part of the world and an awesome accommodation option 🙂

We thoroughly loved our time at “The View”…and oh, what a view! Just spectacular from the front balcony. The property was spotlessly clean, and the King sized bed, super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment. The Sunbeam coffee maker was an added bonus. “ The View” is centrally located in Shoal Bay, right across from the jetty, and just a short drive (or walk, depending on your choice of bush walk), to a whole host of fabulous places to walk and explore. Do yourself a favour, and drive over to Sunset Beach at Soldiers Point on sunset. Breathtaking!!! Mark and Lea are generous hosts with outstanding communication. We’d love to come back again to further explore this region and to further enjoy Mark and Lea’s hospitality.

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.

Definitely recommend staying here, we will be rebooking in the future

Overall, a good place with wonderful views of Broken Bay and the Pacific Ocean, and West St Umina. The place is tucked away in the hills area, so you will need a car or put yourself on the bus which stops outside. The property is located down a steep driveway. Inside it has sunken downstairs bedrooms and above is a well appointed and stocked kitchen and lounge area. The shower is great for couples who like different temperature with its dual nozzle system. Bedding is comfortable. Tip for new stayers, there is a second oil heater behind the wood heater which we discovered on checkout. Paul is a supportive host that offers flexibility.
