This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Lovely, 1-bedroom, self contained unit, double glazed windows. Own courtyard in a sunny garden, the courtyard includes a private area for you to lockup 2 bikes. Close to Taupo lake and town. This unit is in the lower part of our home, which is a 2-storey building. Your access, courtyard and living areas are all completely separate from ours, with off street parking. Your privacy during your stay is our utmost consideration and therefore we take all steps necessary to leave you to relax.
