Our modern luxury cottage is fully equipped with quality linen, furniture, and fittings. After a beach swim/walk, bike ride or surf you can cool off under the outside shower and relax in the courtyard/garden with a cold drink. Located on SH35 only 2 minutes' drive from Opotiki.

Nestled away in Waiotahe drifts; a perfect get-away for a long weekend. The Beach hutts have all the comforts of modern living: ultra-fast broadband, Smart TVs, an extra large shower, dishwasher, large BBQ and more. This large site has plenty of room for additional tents and caravans for larger families (power available). Dogs ok with conditions

Longview Cottage - peace and quiet.

My place is close to beaches, bush and the famous Motu cycle way. You’ll love my place because of the friendly welcome, the little extras AND the comfy bed!! Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.

Located on a north facing ridge with spectacular views of whale island and surrounding bush land , Water is from a pristine spring,tested 100% pure ( no chemicals ) Modern kitchen to bring out the creativity in you . Home heating is provided by a beautiful freestanding fire fuelled by wood harvested from the property sustainably while hot water is from our solar system ( bathing in the sunshine )

The Glasshouse

Take in views of Whakaari from this spacious home, conveniently located between Ohiwa Harbour and the sea. Just a short stroll down for a swim in either direction. Plus an outdoor shower with hot water. Perfect for families, small groups, or an escape for two this architecturally designed home offers open-plan living, loads of sun and decks on both sides so you can choose a comfortable spot to take in the views.

Jimmy’s Paradise

Beautiful beachfront house with grand decor and stylish furnishings offer just the perfect place in the perfect location. Private entry, BBQ fascilities available for guests to use. Ohope international Links Golf course, Wairere Falls, Julian’s Berry Farm are 3 of a few places within easy walking distance. A few restaurants and cafes are also within easy walking distance to your accommodation.

Windsor Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This well-preserved historic villa has 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. There is a covered deck at the back with table and chairs. Plenty of off street parking. Within walking distance to the town center and the newly-built skate park, it’s also conveniently located to beaches, fishing, and the famous Motu cycle trail.
