Barrons on the Beach

Perfect location at Ahuriri on the waterfront. We had a small issue with a door lock that Kerry resolved immediately and when we came back from our bike ride. The door lock had been fixed and sorted. A comfortable house with plenty of space, and good water pressure for the showers. Great dry comfy beds and easy walking distance to Ahuriri restaurants, bars and shops. A perfect place for a girls weekend away. Thanks Annette and Kerry for such a lovely stay.

Great communication from Sue at all times. Clear instructions for entry and leaving. House had everthing for a great break and was very child friendly for folk with young kids. only minutes from the sea and easy walk into town centre. Would recommend this property as great place to stay and good value. Thank you Sue

Easy and convenient check in with good instructions. Kitchen has a small electric frypan which made cooking meals super easy. Bedrooms and lounge were a good size and managed to accommodate our two young kids really well. And the toys helped too for the raining days.

Crabtree Cottage is a beautiful haven. Peaceful with a lovely sense of style with comfy leather sofa and armchairs to curl up in with a book. Whilst it was still (just) into Autumn we enjoyed the fire and warm welcoming space. Great shower pressure and heated towel rail. The bed is super comfy with lively fresh crisp sheets and pillows. Love the decor and look and feel of the cottage. The garden is a delight. We picked 2 figs and lemons straight from the back yard to enjoy we cheese platter and tisane and wondered through the front garden to get ideas for our own garden. Wish I’d brought my watercolours. My second stay was as good as my first. Lovely natural light in the public areas, uncluttered and contemporary design, spotlessly clean, and a quiet, private and convenient location. Caleb was a delightful host -- friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

The house was lovely and our group had a very enjoyable stay. Peter met us on arrival and welcomed us and then came and saw us as we were leaving. We had a power cut (very brief) but Peter messaged us straight away to see if we needed any torches. The house had everything we needed and was great for a group of adult. (Would also be a great place to stay with kids - lots of games and outdoor activities. Great big section and plenty of parking. Very secure.

In very Good location, next to the beach, have a beautiful view. Very clean and tidy place, have different kitchen supplies. Easy to check in. Really nice host.

The house is huge. And perfect for us. The garden with the play house, trampoline and all the cars was a blast for the kids. Good location for Napier as well as in town itself. Friendly and helpful neighborhood.

Lovely place to stay in Napier - we had a group of 10 adults and Annette's place was perfect. Big kitchen and living spaces, cool outdoor areas. Would stay here again!
