Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Strom gibt es im Wagen. Ausgestattete Outdoor Küche mit Gasherd, Steinbackofen, Wasserstelle und WC, Aussendusche und Feuerschale. Das Grundstück ist knapp 10.000 qm groß, jeder findet dort einen Platz für sich. Es stehen 2 Fahrräder, Kanu, Ruderboot zur Verfügung. Öffis Haltestelle Wustrau/Radensleben.

Nachts kann man an der Feuerschale die Sterne bewundern und in die Tiefen des Alls blicken. Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für Familien.

Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspanne dich in unserem weitläufigen Garten, unweit des Havelradweges und der Regionalbahn nach Brandenburg und Berlin. Unser einfaches, rustikales Häuschen mit Gas-Warm-Wasser-Dusche, Trockentrenntoilette und Kochgelegenheit verfügt durch die Dämmung mit Hanf und Lehm über ein besonders gutes Schlafklima. This modern flat is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All flats are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
