Julie and Eric were amazing hosts, e.g I was running late getting to the air B&B and Julie sent me a message wanting to know if I am okay and maybe got lost. when I got there late they were still there welcoming me. Then there were the wonderful breakfast goodies the next morning. Julie gave me so much information about the area and where to go. I highly recommend this place, its beautiful and tranquil. Thanks again, I hope to go back

Cate's place was amazing. We felt at home & were more than comfortable. Cate has created the perfect escape for those seeking a place to sit & relax. You could not ask for better. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the river. We were lucky enough to see dolphins & some lovely sunsets. Cate's home was very clean and well equipped. Thankyou Cate. Swell was a fantastic place to stay. The property had everything you needed, close to everything, great location with stunning views of the ocean. I can't fault this Property. Mark was great to deal with as well. We will be back one day.

We loved our stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and wonderfully located across the road from the beach. We had no trouble parking just outside on the street.

Lovely clean apartment which is very close to Flynn's Beach and restaurants. Quiet neibourhood and all amenities required. Will stay again.

Our family had such a great stay in Coffs Harbour. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, from the kitchen to laundry we had everything we could have wished for. Lyndon was very accommodating. We had some friends who had booked into another place but found it unclean and dusty causing an allergic reaction and when I contacted Lyndon to explain the situation he was very helpful in suggesting they could use the flat for the remainder of their stay. We look forward to coming back and staying again in the future.

What an exquisite place to spend a night in Coffs. Beautiful view to the ocean and the eastern horizon/sun rise. Quite surrounds, and lovely neighbourhood. Thanks for having us!

Really enjoyed our stay. It was in the perfect location for what we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the bathroom. Roz was great to work with, and we really appreciated her prompt messages and flexibility. Self check in with lock box is great too! Definitely worth the money, great value!

We loved our stay at the Mill Cottage. It felt like home the moment we checked in. Mark & Miranda’s communication was always quick to respond and they were very flexible with our needs. We’ll be back for sure!!

We were very happy with the house which suited our needs perfectly and the location was beautiful. Being so close to the beach and hearing the waves at night was so peaceful.

We had a wonderful time staying here… the amenities were great and the property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s only a short walk to the local beach and everything we needed was within a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly with any questions we had.

We had a good time. The home is spacious, and the neighbourhood is quiet and well presented. Everyone is house proud. So nice to see. We could hear the waves breaking even though the beach was out of sight. A really nice place for a break. Our host was helpful and proactive with suggestions. Thanks Kerrie.

Great place to stay. Three great bedrooms. Fourth bedroom is not very private but that is clear in the info. Easy walk to beach. Clean. Modern. Great kitchen and bathrooms.

Had a great time staying at Dan’s place in Sawtell! It is conveniently located and well-appointed with kitchen equipment/utensils. As a heads up, it’s a very poor spot for cell service if you’re on Telstra — a good excuse to disconnect, but something to be aware of for communicating as there’s no wifi.

hosts were really lovely and even left home made cookies for arrival! Lovely clean apparentment close to the beach and walks. I didn't realise there was no oven so that was the only downside for us but it was great value for the money

Great location, views were amazing. Very welcoming & easy communication. Beds were super comfy too with everything needed to enjoy our stay.

This location was very central and easy for us to get around with two young children. It was super easy to find and very spacious.

Perfect little airbnb. Spotlessly clean. Sophie was friendly and communicated well. It presented just as the photos depicted. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at “Treetops” and once again it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is not only beautifully appointed but offers stunning views from the veranda. “Treetops” is also ideally located and within walking distance to main beach, the park and restaurants/cafes. We look forward to returning to “Treetops” again in the future!

Our stay at Ken’s place was super comfortable and very relaxing. Easy entry and lift access to apartment was very helpful. Views from the balconies were a delight at any time of day and made for relaxing moments. Beds were very comfortable and linens, towels were of a high quality. Really loved our week here and would happily consider staying again in the future.

Marty was very friendly and responsiveness to us, beautiful place with lots to do.
