Our place is situated within an easy 5 min walk to the main street, restaurants and cafes & only 10 min walk to Town Beach. Our studio is a separate unit underneath our new in-town house. It has private access and opens up to a very large alfresco area with lawn & garden. The studio has a separate bathroom with a real shower, toilet as well as separate kitchen, fridge, hotplate & microwave. Breathtaking 180 views of the mountains & ocean. Very comfortable 70’s beach house, a large sun drenched NW facing deck with plunge pool (pool will be heated from mid June 2025) Another large quiet undercover deck at the back surrounded with beautiful gardens and large fenced yard. Cosy wood fireplace with wood supplied. Perched on the hill overlooking Crescent Head but still a short walking distance to the beach and shops. 4 beautiful large living areas and play area downstairs for the kids.
