Master down with patio overlooking the sunset of the lake, Upstairs master has covered patio facing Lake Hartwell. Brand new construction with top of the line appliances, washer/dryer combo, living area with gas log fireplace and upstairs coffee bar sitting area makes for great conversation area. Concrete level walk to the dock.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Relaxing retreat on Lake Hartwell.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
