Looking for a Lake Hartwell getaway! This spacious lakefront home has room for everyone! Spend your mornings relaxing in the screened-in porch with a cup of coffee. Afternoons can be enjoyed down by the dock where you can sunbathe, kayak or just float around. Fish, dock your boat or jet ski. Public boat ramps are just a short drive away. Relax by the outdoor fire pit or enjoy the WOOD BURNING fireplace in the living room off a spacious kitchen and dining room. A great way to spend a vacation.

Spacious Craftsman style home perfect for family vacations. Peaceful Lake Hartwell lot minutes from downtown Hartwell with private, covered dock for your own boat and/or jet ski and only two minutes from boat ramp and 10 minutes from Hartwell Marina. Sleeps 10 total - 2 Queen BRs on main and in basement w/King BR and 4 single bunk beds on 3rd floor. Lots of room for entertaining with well-equipped kitchen, large fire pit area, walk-out patio, screened-in porch, and basement with ping pong table.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Come spend time at Lucky’s on Hartwell! Tastefully decorated and able to sleep 8 comfortably in this 3/2 on a finished basement. Just around the point from Carters Ferry Boat Ramp. Take an easy walk to the dock to watch the sunrise over the lake, then sit in the shade of the screened in porch after a day on the water. Catch monster large mouth off the dock. Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
