Welcome to the Queen of Harts, our 2BR/1BA, waterfront cottage on Lake Hartwell w/private, deep water dock. The house is located on a quite street 25 min to Clemson. Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Private-Lake getaway-7 mile view from dock

Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

A 1400sqft lower level unit. The space has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large living area & a smaller second living room with 2 sofa beds. Large windows and double doors leads to a nice outdoor open space. Modern kitchen & dining area, perfect for a nice meal & nice view. We also have a 3 person infrared sauna with full lake view, bluetooth and light therapy. You are also welcome to enjoy our dock, with deep waters and great views. 3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Cozy Hartwell lake cottage, a peaceful place to unwind and relax, Lake front, deep water cove s clear water and almost no boat traffic. The boat dock has a large second level party deck and a 10x 28 sun deck swim platform at water level a great place to swim, fish, kayak , paddle board or just relax and enjoy the sun. The cottage has two bedrooms 1 ½ bath , full kitchen outdoor cooking and eating space, firepit. . The cottage is small but cozy with everything you need to an extended stay.

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. Spacious, cute, corner, upstairs studio apartment above old hardware store, overlooking the downtown, historic district of Royston, GA. Original hardwood floors, historic feel and retro charm. We are 20 minutes from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 minutes from Athens and 5 minutes from Emmanuel College. Accommodations for adults age 21 and over. Sorry, NO CHILDREN under age 12, due to steep stairs, and noise for other guests. SMOKE and PET-FREE environment.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!

Relaxing retreat on Lake Hartwell.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
