Backyard is flat and open so play a game of cornhole, wiffleball or football w/our boards, bats, balls and bases. Only 25 minutes to Clemson, less than 1 mile off of I-85 and boat ramp in neighborhood.

We also have a 3 person infrared sauna with full lake view, bluetooth and light therapy. You are also welcome to enjoy our dock, with deep waters and great views. The home is in close walking distance to the downtown area of Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewery, shopping, and many community events. Also, the lake has access points with public parks, picnic areas, swimming, and boating options all within a few miles. The house has a small office area that is perfect for working. The house has fast wi-fi as well. Parking for a max of 4 vehicles only. No pets allowed.
