This getaway is as close to the water as possible in downtown Coeur d’Alene with fabulous lake views overlooking a quaint marina. With all the best Cd’A has to offer at your fingertips: beaches, woodland trails, parks, & a picturesque downtown; all a short neighborhood walk away. We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.

Easy access to countless destinations. Large kitchenette w/ quality appliances, highly rated mattresses, wifi, RokuTV, office w/desk, laundry room access. Sleeps UP TO 9+baby. For bookings with only 1 or 2 guests (age 2+), the Queen bedroom is not automatically included but can be added for an additional $25 (flat per stay).

Nestled in the forest in a gated upscale community of Harbor View Estates, you will escape to peace and tranquility in your private 2200-square foot spa-inspired Shangri-La. You will occupy the entire first floor of our large home. You will be in heaven surrounded by nature, mountains, panoramic sunsets and wide-open views as far as the eye can see. As on-site hosts, you can be assured your stay is more of an experience then just a stay. Guests don't want to leave during their stay.

Perfect destination or starting point. Walk out the door for easy access to the lazy St Joe river. Located in a rare no wake zone, spend all day on the river with included canoe, or seasonal pedal boat and swim mat. Welcoming home includes everything you need for a long comfortable stay for your family or group. Each bedroom features a view of the Joe. This little home (762 sq feet) is located in a quiet mature tree lined quiet neighborhood with everything you need to stay and play in CDA! You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .

Immaculately clean, convenient and includes hot tub, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, Fiber-Optic high-speed Wi-Fi/Internet (650-700 Mbps on avg.), gas grill, Cornhole, soft linens & plush robes & towels, and even sandals for guests to use to and from the the hot tub.

We offer a spacious lower floor suite in a bright home located high on a hill with expansive views of the Coeur d'Alene valley and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Our home is 5 minutes from the CDA lake and CDA Resort Golf Course and 10 minutes from downtown. Sunrises and sunsets are daily visual treats. The neighborhood is spread out, quiet and traffic is sparse. Hosts live on the upper floor and are available to offer assistance, friendly interaction or full privacy as guests desire.
