The house features 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds & a futon to allow for the 5th guest to sleep. Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler are provided! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. Minutes from top restaurants, shopping, cafes & casinos! $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Visitors come for art, bicycling, bird-watching, cruising, festivals, fishing, gaming, shopping and the uncrowded beaches.

It features a 12” gel foam queen bed and a convertible sofa that folds out into a full bed. Dock for your boat or fishing. Boat trailer parking. Well behaved pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee.
