This was a beautiful space, very updated, pool right outside your back door and the neighbors were very hospitable. This was the perfect short term living arrangement for my training. Bed comfy, couch comfy and the kitchen with bar seating was super inviting. Jim was very responsive with the only immediate issue. Location was perfect for everything! Only con was the extensive cleaning check out list required for check out that was not received until after booking.

I had a wonderful stay. The space was incredibly clean and well maintained, making it a perfect retreat for relaxing. It was also very convenient and affordable, providing a memorable and enjoyable experience. Very close to the beach and you can walk to restaurants. We will be staying again soon.

The accommodations are exactly as described. I enjoyed the convenience of the rear patio doors leading to the parking lot when unloading my suitcases and loading my suitcases and for a quick run to the car. The accommodations were clean and spacious with two nicely appointed bathrooms with ample towels. The beds were also comfy. Access to the beach directly across the streets from the condos and only 5 minutes to the Beau Rivage made this the perfect space for my Valentine's weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Kenneth's condo. We felt very secure since the complex is gated. Everything was very comfortable and the condo was one of best stocked with everything you need. I really appreciated there was coffee since I had forgotten to bring some. We especially loved the large pool!

Location, location, location! The location is incredible! The condo is the end unit so you have expansive views of the beautiful coast and Gulfport proper. It’s close to everything- the beach, pools, restaurants, groceries, shopping, museums, etc! The condo layout provides gathering and private spaces. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with ample equipment for meal preparation with the option to dine in or sit outside. Everyone in our group had a wonderful experience and we hope to stay here again one day.

We enjoyed our stay here ! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient !we were able to come and go as we pleased and were happy to be only minutes from beaches , casinos , shopping , food , entertainment, etc. the host was very kind and communicative . A Great place to stay !

Stephen’s place was an absolute gem! From the time we booked to the time we checked out he was more than accommodating! We will come back whenever we are in the Biloxi area again!

Samantha is an absolutely wonderful host!! She had a very nice welcome sign on the table with wonderful treats for each of us to include treats for our fur babies. The property was as clean and spotless as described. It was a welcoming, relaxing and safe place for my family since we had evacuated from Florida as a result of Hurricane Helene. Once the storm passed, she even followed up with us to inquiry if we had any property damage to our home as a result of the hurricane. We enjoyed it so much that we have saved the listing to re-book in May for a birthday celebration trip. Thanks so much Samantha for your warm hospitality and can't wait to return!!

Great space! We stayed 2 nights in Chris and we were very impressed. It shows that you all appreciate the finer things such as quality linens, appliances and mattress. Easy entry process. Very nicely renovated facility. Pleasant surprise of the venue on the ground floor, we were able to hear great music one of our nights. We definitely enjoyed our time in Biloxi because of The Sanctuary. Can’t wait to return.

We have stayed at so many Airbnbs over the years and this one stands out as one of our favorites! We stayed for a family getaway for my husband’s 40th birthday. It was our first time to Bay Saint Louis, so without knowing the area we chose this rental based on reviews and pictures and it was absolutely perfect! The location is awesome! Lots of great food nearby, with the cutest little park across the street. The rental was exactly as described. perks for us were lots of pillows and blankets, and thoughtful amenities like coffee condiments and bathroom necessities. Our host was quick to respond with any questions that I had. We would love to come back and stay at this rental again soon.

Great place! Super clean and quiet. We had a great time.

The place was perfect for 1 or 2 travelers. I felt safe being in a gated community as a single female traveler. The inside of the house was comfortable and inviting. The area was well lit and clean. Many perks such as board games, cards, books to read, wagon to walk to the beach with, beach chairs, and beach items. I felt the surrounding condos to be quiet and neighbor friendly.

Loved my stay! The decor had a beautiful beachy vibe, making it feel so cozy and inviting. The space was super comfortable, and the host’s communication was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed during our stay. Joni was quick to respond to messages and was very helpful from check in to check out. Golf cart was great and allowed us to zip around town to do different things - didn't use our car at all. Was the perfect place for our weekend visit to Ocean Springs.

This rental was even better than listed! They made suggestions for things you may like to bring but they already had so much of that available for us. Coffee, sugar, shampoo, pool and beach items...you name it! Plenty of comfy pillows and soft blankets as well. Everything was sparkling clean and looked new. The place was spacious, welcoming and beautiful with amazing views. And HUGE bathrooms and closets! We felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We loved our morning coffee enjoying the sunshine of that big, open window or on the lovely balconies overlooking the pool. It was even more special for us because it was our 27th wedding anniversary and the property is about the same site where we stayed for our honeymoon years ago. Certainly not the same unit but the same site pre-Katrina. It's nice to see that such beautiful places weren't destroyed when our beautiful Gulf Coast landscape was wrecked by that devastating hurricane. I highly recommend it and will return.

Jennifer 's unit is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and immaculate! The kitchen is very well- equipped with brand new state of the art appliances and plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils - pretty much anything you would need including 2 kinds of coffee makers. The community the apartment is located in is lovely and quiet with a pool and workout room. It is very close to the beach, but you do have to cross a busy road to get there. Jennifer and Jake responded right away to our questions when we first arrived and Jake called the next day to be sure that we had figured out the TV. FYI - the TV doesn't have cable but has access to streaming channels. Unfortunately, we had to leave Gulfport early because of a family death. Jennifer immediately refunded the balance of our fee as soon as we told her we had to leave. We feel that was extremely kind. We highly recommend Jennifer, Jake, and their beautiful apartment!

Cute quiet gated community, felt safe and the pool and hot tub on the premises were right around the corner. The beach was just across the divided highway but was walkable. Didn't get to enjoy the pool or surrounding area much as we were in town for a cheer competition. Unit has everything you need if you want to cook. They also have extra rolls out beds stored it extra bed is needed. Would stay again.
