Unique, quiet private country suite on old highway 99 (River Road) connecting Canada to Mexico. Has its own private entrance separate from the main house. Window view of beautiful farmland and amazing sunsets. Walking distance to Marshal Island,public access to Willamette River. Enjoy the solitude and peace of mind that this quaint space provides. Access local vineyards, Corvallis, airports & eateries. Last minute inquiries/bookings may not be possible. I work during the day and go to bed early.

PNW TINY HOUSE

Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

Enjoy the comforts of home in a brand new apartment located close to the airport. Our location is centrally located about an hour from the gorgeous Oregon coast, an hour and a half from Portland and a few miles for eccentric Eugene. The 1,400 square foot upstairs apartment features a bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, eating nook, great room with large sectional and kitchenette. EV Level 2 80 amp charger. 60+ mile per hour charge rate. You would need to arrange at arrival

Close to Eugene, Fern Ridge Recreation Reservoir and the beautiful Oregon coast. Dozens of wineries and breweries nearby.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

BNB Rose Tiny House & Private Yard 4 Mi To Airport

Lovely 320 square foot tiny house with a single vehicle parking space and private entrance on a quiet cul-de-sac. The tiny house includes a flat screen television , wifi, kitchenette, small fridge, double hotplate, and a keurig. Kitchenette includes utensils, cookware, bottled water, and some snacks. There is a big private fenced yard for your enjoyment. Small dogs 24 pounds and lighter are allowed.
