בית סבתא ישן בעיצוב וינטג'י ייחודי המשרה אווירת רוגע ומנוחה. 2 דקות הליכה מהיער. מיקום מרכזי בהרי ירושלים. בבית אין ממ"ד אך ממש מחוץ לבית יש מקלט ציבורי (ניתן לראות תמונה של המקלט בגלריה). קרוב למגוון בתי קפה ומסעדות. קרוב למעיינות ומסלולי טבע מרהיבים. בבית ניתן לארח משפחות, סדנאות, ריטריטים ואירועים קטנים. בבית יש בריכה אקולגית עם דגים וצמחים - אינה בריכה רגילה ולא ניתן להיכנס אליה. בחצר בריכת אינטקס עגולה בעומק של 85 ס"מ ובקוטר של 3.7 מ', לשימושכם. שימו לב כי הבית מגיע עם חתול המסתובב בחצר.
