A $500 USD REFUNDABLE utility deposit is required, with the balance returned after final utility charges are deducted. Likewise usage above the deposit will be billed to guests. Utility is NOT included in the rent.

Included in your stay is your home away from home Chef/Villa Attendant. It’s a different concept that people love.
