We have renovated a studio apartment in one of the most popular residential areas in Tokyo. The nearest station to the apartment is Mitaka Station, from which you can reach Shinjuku Station in as little as 14 minutes without any transfers! The room is equipped with a mini kitchen and a washing machine, and it's a one-minute walk to the supermarket. Recommended for long-term stays. In a quiet residential area, you can relax and enjoy your stay while blending into the daily life of Tokyo!

The second floor is for guests only.

You have exclusive use of the entire second floor. Amenities include a private living room, kitchen, shower (available 24 hours a day), toilet, washer-dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. We accommodate only one group at a time. There are no shared spaces with other guests. The property is a two-story house. The guest area is located on the second floor. 1 bedroom 1 living room The host's living quarters are on the first floor. The entrance is the only shared area; there is no curfew.

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.
