Small (200 sf) recently renovated ocean front studio with an amazing ocean view and assigned parking space in private lot. Studio includes a full bath with tub/shower combination, fully equipped kitchenette and breakfast bar. Furnished with a wall bed / sofa combination that easily converts from day to night. You will enjoy your sleep on the upgraded 10 inch memory foam mattress. Easy access to the unit with a number door combination to be provided before your stay.

This condo is not water front! It is a short walks less than 3 minutes easy walk to Hampton beach and all the attractions. hardwood floors The bedroom has King bed and 1 Futon Living area has 2 Couches and a rocking chair kitchen breakfast table and chairs Dual Kurig Coffee machine. Microwave. Pots and pans Stove/Oven and full size fridge Plates and silverware etc.... WiFi /smart tv Small Hypoallergenic pet is welcome after we discuss instructions and fees.
