Next to 2 lovely walks - one to "Taitua Arberitum", and the other to "Tills Landing" a reserve with views over Hamilton. Near to Hamilton Gardens, Raglan, Bridal Vale Falls, Waitomo Caves & Zoo & renowned car museum .

It is clean and tidy with a great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre.

Quiet Courtyard Oasis - walk to city centre

Quiet friendly complex of residents. Double glazed windows and air conditioning. Blockout curtains in the bedroom. Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
