Perfectly positioned by both Waikato Stadium & Seddon Park, within walking distance to restaurants and inner city shopping, with a Countdown, Mediterranean & Asian supermarket on our block. Our comfortable and quiet 1 bedroom apartment offers all you need for a short or long stay. With a fully equipped kitchen, pull out couch for extra guests and spacious bathroom with washing machine. Our large sheltered balcony offers a private spot to relax with seating space and room for a yoga mat or two.

Jackson's Choice Private Spacious Guest Wing.

Located in quiet street close to shopping centres and restaurants. The guest wing is private with modern decor. The bnb has its own entrance. We have 2 spacious bdrms. 1 has a super king bed. Bdrm 2 has a king bed and a single bed. Living room has: TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, expresso coffee machine. Not a full kitchen but equipped with the basics. Large full size bathroom. Private patio area. Free wifi and off street parking. Children welcome. We have toys, books, porta cot, high chair.

My place is close to Rugby and Cricket stadiums, Waterworld, Netball courts, BMX track, Te Rapa race course, river walks and popular Sugarbowl Cafe, one minute from bus stop into the city.. You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

A self contained ground floor apartment with the extras you need for short or long stays. It's spacious with a full sized kitchen, a lounge/dining area with elevated views over the city and indoor-outdoor flow to an enclosed garden. Upstairs is a shared pool(heated Sept-April) and hot tub area. The bedrooms open from a central hall. The huge master bedroom has its own courtyard. It is conveniently located with easy access to all events, cafe's/bars and business Hamilton has to offer.

Relax and take a break in this modern space located in the heart of Hamilton City with convenience at its best. There is a café on the ground floor and the apartment is in walking distance to Seddon Park, Waikato Stadium, Waikato River, Hamilton Lake, the InterCity coach terminal, 2 mainstream supermarkets, 2 asian supermarkets and 1 Mediterranean store, central shopping and an abundance of bars and restaurants. The Studio is so central to all that Hamilton has to offer.

Quiet Courtyard Oasis - walk to city centre

Quiet friendly complex of residents. Double glazed windows and air conditioning. Blockout curtains in the bedroom. Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
