Fabulous three bedroom townhouse on the canal - private jetty just outside. North facing keeping you out of the afternoon breeze. Pool, spa, gardens, bbq, crab cooker. Moor your boat, fish & crab right off the jetty. Relax on the patio watching the world go by on the water including visiting dolphins & black swans. An IGA, cafe, liquor store & pub are only a few steps outside the gate. A short walk across the town bridge takes you to the Mandurah foreshore with its cafe strip, playpark & shops.

There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

Couples, solo adventurers, and families, positioned between the beach and the estuary this house is the perfect location for swimming, surfing, fishing, crabbing and relaxing. Just a 5 minute walk to the estuary or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Equipment for all the activities are available. Visitors can meet Peter and Liz next door if they wish and learn about the best restaurants, walking trails and fishing spots as there is no dividing fence.

Please note that during June and early July 2025 we will have limited access to the internet so responses to any queries will not be as prompt as usual. Fantastic location with all this within 200 metres - “The Pond” kitesurfing and windsurfing Beach with bike and walking/running path Public Transport Cafe Takeaway Pizza/Thai/Fish and Chips Short distance to small shopping centre and Shoalwater Marine Park that includes Penguin Island.
