Our thoughtfully designed waterfront escape on the Sunshine Coast is ready for you to relax and let your troubles melt away. Beach access is just steps away from the door. A peak-a-boo ocean view from the SW facing deck, and hiking and bike trails, and waterfalls just short distance. The interior is carefully curated with luxurious finishes and beautiful and comfortable furnishings in every room.

Located in West Sechelt this is a FABULOUS executive basement garden suite with a unbelievable view of the Trail Island and Vancouver Island. Minutes from downtown Sechelt, beaches and parks the year round mild climate offers a all-season recreation destination for hiking, biking, kayaking/canoeing, marine tours, air tours, swimming, fishing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing The Sunshine coast is easily accessed by ferry (Horseshoe bay to Langdale) or air (Harbour Air) to the jewel of BC.

Bench 170

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. "Even in the rain it was breathtaking!" Guests are serenaded by abundant bird life and the soothing sound of waterfalls cascading into the tidal estuary below. Your modern suite features a spacious bathroom with W/D, a full kitchen, 9' ceilings letting in loads of light and 2 connecting bedrooms which comfortably sleeps up to 5 persons.
