Experience Idaho at this one-of-a-kind, chalet-style home! Centered on 2-acres of mature trees and orchards and surrounded by ranch land, privacy abounds. You will feel like you're in the mountains and your only visitors will be elk and deer. The timber-built home is unlike anything you’ve seen with 30ft-lodge poles running from the basement to the cathedral-like living room ceiling. Almost an entire 25ft high wall of windows makes this home feel like a luxurious extension of the outdoors.

Quiet getaway in Hailey.

This cozy cabin is a great getaway. It is riding distance to hiking and mountain bike trails and is 10 miles from Sun Valley's skiing and mountain biking. The private setting provides a quiet and serene place to relax and is blocks from downtown Hailey. Fully fenced yard with city park to the west and north of the property. We have 2 cruiser bikes, 2 pair of snowshoes and a small barbeque available. Not suitable for toddlers and young children. Campers and camping are not allowed.

This luxury townhome aims to be the most family friendly place in the valley. Newly built in 2022, it has a 2-car garage, baby gates, a Pack N Play with mattress, toddler table, high chair, and three large baby mats styled as rugs. Enjoy the pool, splash pad, hot tub, large grassy area, 2 bicycles and a 2-child bike trailer. Very close to the 20+ mile Wood River Trail bike path. Near the airport and construction, so there is some noise during the day, but kids' rooms are more quiet.

Are you looking for privacy in a quiet and beautiful setting with only a 20 minute drive to River Run Lodge in Sun Valley? Our "barn" bedroom and bath was finished in 2019 with new beds, linens and furnishings. We are 10 minutes from Hailey in Indian Creek Ranch with beautiful surrounding mountains and open spaces.
