If there ever was a paradise lost, never fret because you'll find it again here. A home away from home nestled amidst pristine pine and fern canopy hugged by the mountains - Rabten and his warm family made every bit of our stay in kalimpong a moment to cherish. We were properly spoiled with cooked food (sumptuous), spacious beds and copious rooms, a view to behold, misty mountain weather that transported us to a fantasy novel, a brilliant hall room to congregate and singalong. Rabten personally ensured we had all the right contacts and logistics sorted out for our sight seeing and transport. Rabten's mum was extremely generous to us, and kind. His crew were engaging and always available to help and assist. I would strongly recommend the homestay, and we definitely made friends here whom we want to visit again, soon!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Swagata’s Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, check-in was smooth, and the space was exactly as described (if not better). The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with snacks. A warm and inviting space that feels like a caring home, radiating kindness and tranquility.

It’s a spacious apartment all to yourself, tucked away about 100 meters away from the hustle bustle of the bus depot and train station, from where you can catch buses to Darjeeling. As such you gotta hear the train horns , which didn’t bother me. Next door the neighbor has 6 dogs , and they start barking sometimes. Other than that, the place is real nice, overlooking a peaceful garden. I would stay again.
