Apartament Silvya, Olimp, este amplasat într-un bloc situat în pădurea Comorova, la 800 m. de plaja Olimp, în apropiere de complex Panoramic. În imediata apropiere se găsește un loc de joaca pentru copii, pădurea Comorova, plaja 23 August, Aventura Park Neptun. Apartamentului este utilat cu aer condiționat, bucătărie cu plita pe inducție, cuptor cu microunde, prăjitor de pâine, cafetieră, prosoape, produse cosmetice. Apartametul este compus din doua camere, unul cu pat King, ambele cu TV, Wifi.

Even if you arrive late, you will still be able to shop for whatever you need as there are a few stores opened 24/7. In 300 meters you will find all the seaside restaurants from Constanta Port or the pubs from Constanta Old City Centre. Nearby you can also find pharmacies, banks, pastry shops.

Casa este situată în 2 Mai pe strada principală, cu ieșire directă la plajă. Camerele sunt luminoase și răcoroase, cu pereți din piatră. Spatiul este recent renovat si cuprinde un dormitor mare cu pat matrimonial și baie, un altul mai mic ce are pat stivuibil (pentru una sau doua persoane, dupa caz), chicineta (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, frigider, vesela etc.), umbrar si curte. Este ideal pentru familii sau cupluri care doresc intimitate și liniste.
