A wonderful and very comfortable place very near the sea. An entire house located on the ground floor with two separate rooms and a kitchen/hall, has a cozy shared yard. The house is very clean, quiet even if the road is quite close, and a clever construction keeps it cold even during a hot day. Miranda is a great host and together with her staff are very caring and attentive. A great value for money. Ideal for family stay.

We truly loved our time at this house - it’s such a special place, beautiful and full of character. It gave our family a perfect space to relax and recharge.

Гостепреимные и радушные хозяева. Дом-дача у моря. Тишина и покой. Ужин с видом на море на закате. Мы довольны. Хозяева сделали подарок на ДР наших детей. Всё было хорошо!

Der er meget god plads indendørs. Flotte gamle stilfulde møbler. En fin teresse med havemøbler med adgang fra køkkenet. Der er desuden en lille altan mod haven hvor der mulighed for at hænge vasketøj. Wc nummer to er godt at have. I køkkenet er der meget plads, nyt komfur, ny el kedel, nyt køleskab med fryser, bord og stole til at spise ved.

Отличный отель, красивая ухоженная закрытая территория, в нашем номере была кухня, обеденный стол, вся необходимая посуда, небольшой холодильник, кондиционер, шкаф, ванная комната, сушилка для белья, два балкона, на одном из которых можно выпить чашку кофе с утра, рядом парковка, за углом автобусные остановки в обе стороны, пляж в двух минутах ходьбы через дорогу, вдоль дороги магазины и обменник, на набережной есть кафе с приветливыми хозяевами, где очень вкусно готовят. Хотелось бы отметить радушие и открытость хозяек отеля Инги, мамы Инги и Анны, нас встретили как родных с распростертыми объятиями, помогли донести багаж наверх, в любой момент готовы были помочь. В Грузии люди отличаются своим гостеприимством и добродушием, поэтому хочется возвращаться сюда снова и снова.

George was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and questions. The house is just steps always from the shore. We really liked its quite location between trees and an opportunity to wake up listening the see waives. The house is well equipped and clean. The beach with magnetic sand is a really an attraction. George proactively provided us all local contacts including a caregiver, cleaning and other services.

The villa is located by the sea, with a quiet beach and a magnificent sunset on the sea.

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!
