Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. Enjoy family time downstairs in the large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and 1/2 bath. The living room has a 75” Smart TV and reclining sofas. The kitchen’s gas stove will make any chef happy! Upstairs you find 2 king bedroom suites and 1 Queen bedroom, game room with a 65” Smart TV ample seating and second full bath. Within walking distance are pickleball courts, trails, river access, shops, Main Street and much more!

Two parking permits will be provided (one for street parking, one for the garage). Fully stocked kitchen, wood burning stove, two private balconies with views of Mt. Great condo in snowmass pool hot tubs and work out room with sauna ! FANTASTC LOCATION! Only a 2min walk to slopes, Free bus to Aspen, mall with shopping and restaurants. Wake to a beautiful sunrise over the Rocky Mountains .Nature trails are a short walk out the door. Free parking during the spring ,summer and fall and a small daily fee during the winter months.Mall and free bus is only 1easy block! ski locker on the main level so no need to lug equipment up the stairs 3 rd floor views!

This two-story, two bedroom, two bath corner unit can sleep up to 6 guests & feels more like a home than a townhome or condo. The private space offers beautiful, western-facing views towards the town of Crested Butte below, Oh Be Joyful Range, Mount Emmons & Red Lady Bowl. Huge picture windows, a sun-soaked deck with homemade Adirondack ski chairs in the summer & fall, a private lawn and a cozy gas fireplace - the perfect après ski spot with friends & family. The sunsets are spectacular.

Full kitchen & bathroom remodeled recently! New on demand water and heat system. House is 1/2 block from Rainbow park for the kiddos. (IF LOOKING TO BOOK ANY HOLIDAYS, I HAVE MIN NIGHTS, SO PLEASE INQUIRE IF YOU GET BLOCKED.) Walk to town or catch the town shuttle (1.5 blocks away) up to Mt. Spacious Modern Mountain Retreat. Amazing views!

Nestled in the heart of Crested Butte South, we are conveniently located near hiking/biking trails , fishing and skiing. It is a short walk to the bus stop that goes to downtown CB and Mt. Crested Butte. It is wonderful that the townhome is walking distance to Tully's, Camp 4 Coffee, outdoor ice rink, and the park. We have set up the home to be yours for awhile, and we are confident you'll feel right at home while you are here. This is your vacation; don't settle for anything less.

Panoramic views and bright sunshine are abundant. This home is half of a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
