Enjoy the warm summer days and crisp nights from your deck overlooking our park like backyard. The Gunnison river is just a short walk over a small bridge, as is the Whitewater park where kayakers and rafters play. Fish or play in the rapids! Crested Butte is 30 minutes north (free shuttle available!) Or spend the day on Blue Mesa reservoir (9 mi west) enjoying the beaches, or rent boats at the marina. Local rec center for the kids, and several parks and local entertainment all summer long.

Late summer & fall great for conquering four 14k ft peaks nearby: Elbert, Massive, Harvard & Yale. Dog friendly.
