Kukkula is a modern countryside home built in 2019 surrounded by woodland and natural light, just half an hour from Helsinki. The house sleeps six and features a sauna, BBQ, jacuzzi, and a well-planned living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The property offers privacy, while cafés, supermarkets, and lake swimming spots are just a short drive away. With free parking, outdoor furniture, and a peaceful setting, Kukkula is the perfect place for families and friends.

Kauniiksi sisustettu studio ympärivuotiseen majoitukseen Sipoon Eriksnäsissä omakotitalo alueella. Oma sisäänkäynti, ennen sisäänkäyntiä pienet rappuset, makuuparvelle jyrkät portaat. Säädettävä ilmanvaihto, maalämpö lattialämmityksellä. Huomioithan seinänaapurin. 1-2 henkilölle. Tuothan petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet mukanasi. Muutoin 15€/henkilö. Peitot ja tyynyt kuuluvat hintaan. Sauna varataan erikseen (1-1,5 h). Söderkullan keskustaan 3 km, Jumboon ja lentokentälle 25 km, Porvooseen 20 km.

On a separate patio, you can find wood/charcoal grill. The soft soaks of the wood-burning sauna and a dip from pier for a swim guarantee a restful night's sleep. Annet is equipped with central heating and air condition and insulated to be used year around so it is warm and cozy even when it is cold outside. Spacious and well equipped houseboat surrounded by nature at peaceful location, with good connection to Helsinki centrum. All services are close by. Ship has finnish sauna, possibility to swim in the sea straight from the ship and has all accomodities needed to have relaxing time.

Tee voimaannuttavia vaelluksia lähimetsiin tai lähde pitemmälle vaellukselle Sipoonkorven kansallispuistoon (etäisyys 28km). Kokeile kalaonneasi mökin edestä onkimalla. Ota oma, nappaava onkesi mukaan.

The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, a spacious kitchen, one bathroom, and two toilets. All rooms have windows facing the outside. There is a pleasant large terrace overlooking the courtyard. The apartment receives excellent natural light from two sides. A supermarket is located 50 meters away, and a bus stop for bus 570 to and from the airport is 100 meters away. A metro station to the city center of Helsinki is one kilometer away. 1 Free parking for normal vehicles

Voit unohtaa huolesi tässä tilavassa ja rauhallisessa kohteessa keskellä omakotialuetta mutta hyvien kulkuyhteyksien lähellä. Oma parkkipaikka. Metrolle matkaa 250 metriä. Tämä on pohjoismaalainen koti joka on yksinkertaisen toimiva eikä sisällä mitään ylimääräistä tavaraa. Asunnossa on kaikki mitä tarvitsee ja vähän enemmän. Ilmastointi asennettu 06/2024. Nopea kuitukaapeli asennettu 11/2024. Huom talo on maalattu 2025 kesällä ja talon ulkoväri on muuttunut

Super nice and cozy apartment above really charming horse stables. Here lives two horses and two little ponies. We are located between Porvoo and Helsinki ( about 25 km to the both cities) Helsinki airport is within easy access 18 km away. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and chill.. but not too remote from quick visit to the town. Here is really special atmosphere and you will guaranteed fall in love with the horses. Many nice nature spots close by.
